The last postgame show of this season’s Admirals Concert Series will take place Saturday night, when country music duo Dan + Shay hits the stage after the team's 6 p.m. contest against the Rockford IceHogs at the UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena.

The concert headlines an exciting weekend of Admirals fun and promotions that begins Friday, when Milwaukee hosts to the Cleveland Monsters at 7 p.m. The first 3,500 fans in attendance will take home a Cinch Sack, courtesy of North Shore Bank. Then, Saturday night against the IceHogs, the first 3,000 fans pick up a rally towel, courtesy of UWM, while the first 2,500 will also receive a special offer for the 2017 Lakeshore Chinooks season.

Dan + Shay hits the stage approximately 20 minutes after the Admirals-IceHogs game ends. There are still a limited number of available on-ice passes, which allow exclusive access to watch the show from directly in front of the stage on the ice level. These passes are just $20 and need to be purchased in addition to game tickets.

Dan + Shay brings a youthful energy to country music with their clean vocals and ability to write clever-yet-relatable songs about looking for, finding and losing love. The group was Academy of Country Music Award-nominated for Vocal Duo of the Year and earned a RIAA gold certification for the hit single "19 You + Me."

To purchase tickets or on-ice passes, fans can visit the Admirals website or call Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000. Groups of 10 or more receive significant discounts over the face value of the tickets. Those interested in a group can call the Admirals office at (414) 227-0550.

Admirals clinch postseason spot; playoff tickets now on sale

Following a loss by the Cleveland Monsters on Tuesday night in Iowa, the Admirals secured a spot in the 2017 Calder Cup Playoffs. This is the second straight season, and the 13th time in the past 14 years, that the Admirals have qualified for the postseason.

The dates and times of the playoff games will be determined at a later date. Currently, the Admirals are in third place in the Central Division, with a record of 41-23-3-3 and 88 points. They are four points behind second-place Chicago and three behind first-place Grand Rapids. The Admirals still have six games remaining in the regular season and could finish anywhere between first place and fourth place in the division.

If the season ended now, Milwaukee would face off against Chicago in a best-of-five, first-round series.

Ticket packages for the playoffs are currently available by visiting the Admirals website. The packages begin at just $120 and include the same seat for every game during Milwaukee's postseason run. If the team doesn’t play all of the games the excess money can either be refunded or applied to a season tickets for the 2017-18 season.
