Bublr Bikes nonprofit bikeshare is hosting its Pass-a-PALOOZA fundraiser beginning Wednesday and running through May 17.

During Pass-a-PALOOZA, when you buy an annual pass, “a generous Bublr supporter” will match your payment. The anonymous donor will also match any donations made during this time, up to $2,000.

An annual pass is $139.19, but HACM Residents, Foodshare and WIC recipients, and those on SSI, may be eligible for a free Access Pass. For details on that, go to bublrbikes.org/accesspass.

In addition to running the bikeshare, Bublr is involved in a range of community programs, like free cycling classes, a B3 Workforce Development Program to train Milwaukee youth to work as bike mechanics, adaptive bikes for differently abled adults and the aforementioned Access Pass.
