The here and now
My goal this month is to spend less time looking ahead and more time living in the here and now. I find that when you live your life anticipating the "next big thing," it comes and goes and all you're left with is the memory and the hope for whatever is next on the horizon (read: Las Vegas, Spring Training, etc.). It feels like chasing one's tail, and frankly, it's exhausting.
