Target to debut new Brookfield store this summer

Target has announced plans to open a new location in Brookfield at West Bluemound Road and Columbia Boulevard this July.

The store will be one of the retailer's first five CityTarget locations, which will offer customers a selection of fresh produce, packaged meat and pre-packaged baked goods in addition to standard Target merchandise.

Prospective employees can apply for one of approximately 200 team member positions at the new CityTarget online or at in-store kiosks located in any Target store.

Badgers' punter Nortman

Brookfield native Brad Nortman, who has served as the Wisconsin Badgers` punter for the last four seasons, not only raised his hand to accept the role, he turned himself into a sandlot weapon.
