A gifted and seasoned trumpet master , who has lived and played in the Mil. area for over 25 years. Don is backed up by one of the best rythm section in the midwest which only enhances his increadible style. This quartet has played all local venues and festivals as well as many in the midwest. Don Lewis has traveled internationaly and nationaly backing up some of our finest entertainers during his career. Stright ahead jazz is the masters pleasure, however he is brillent with smooth jazz, Latin rythms, swing and the blues. A rich music history cultivated by his roots, as well as classical training on the university level have contributed to the flavor of Don's colorfull style. This has inspired this extremely talented trumpet player to write and produce 3 amazing CD's which are main stays in the elitiest jazz collections.
