McCarty Park: My family noticed a young man (dark complexion,17-19yrs,medbld,short afro, black tank top)throwing a football with his co-horts. The football had hit a lady and almost her baby in a stroller. She asked the young man to stop throwing the nerf-football but the young man started using inappropiate language and continued to harass her. I spoke with a supv Justin and he advised the young man to curtail his actions. I am dismayed by the actions or lack of common sense that this generation brings. I had asked Justin where are the supervisions for such negative behavioriol activities? Justin said that we "are short budgeted" and I concurred with him. Many inner city people with negative attitude exist here at McCarty Park , i.e. placing their lawn chair along the city road, inappropiate language to local innocent bystandereds, and local residences, to "save a spot" for their friends/families. Where's West Allis PD to monitor these situations? Is this a Scott Walker "Anomolly?" Justin your doing a great job(honestly) but there are too many impacts for you alone to handle. <><

Tosa Pool reopens on 5/28/2011. The admission prices are nothing near what they used to be in the "good-ol'-days", but this pool also doesn't leak chlorinated water into the Menomonee River. http://www.friendsofhoytpark.org/TOSAPOOL.aspx
